If you are chickenlovers, there’re a few things you must consider before raising one

If you are chickenlovers, there’re a few things you must consider before raising one:

Chickens rarely shed fur, but many people are allergic to the dust and dander that they produce. You must make sure that nobody in your family is allergic to chicken dust and dander before raising it.

As a pet owner, you must be responsible for their whole life, it’s easy for them to adapt to your lifestyle, if you have established a lifestyle between you and your indoor chickens, it will be harsh to send it back into the cold coop. So when you decide to raise an indoor pet chicken, you must be responsible for their lifetime.

If you are living in a rented apartment, you have to contact with the landlord to know if you’re allowed to bring in pets, if they aren’t allowed inside, chickens wouldn’t be welcome too.

If you have a cat or dog, it’s not so good if you decide to raise a chicken, as the dog or cat may scare or harm your indoor pet chicken.
