Are my payments secure?
Our website has been built to provide the best possible security. You're protected by full 256-bit encryption. We don't store any credit card details on our servers - so there's nothing for hackers to steal.
How can I use a promo code?
1.To use a promo code, please enter it in the Promo
2.Code field on the checkout page.Please note that you may only use one promo code or other discount at a time.
3.During site-wide promotions, discount codes cannot be applied to products included in the promotion.

What can I do if my payment is refused?

Can I modify or cancel my order after I place it?
You may add or remove items from your shopping cart at any time before order confirmation. If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please click here to contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Can I group some orders together?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please click here to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
1.Your order is confirmed as soon as it appears in your Account / My Orders page. You will also be sent a confirmation email with an order reference number, as well as a summary of the items in your basket.
2.If you haven't received a confirmation email within 30 minutes or so, check your junk or spam folders. Some email providers are more severe than others and may automatically delete our emails if they believe they are spam.
Why have I only received half of my order?
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, they may sometimes be delivered separately. We ensure that all packages are dispatched together from PETSCOSSET. However, the courier company may split the shipment if, for example, there is insufficient space in a single delivery vehicle or if some packages do not reach the distribution center before the cut-off time. Rest assured that all packages are in transit, but they may be delivered by different vans at different times
I've had no update on my order?
You may check your order status at any time by clicking "Check Order Status Now" in the confirmation email.If some or all items are out of stock when you place your order, it may cause a delay.Please click here to contact our customer service team for all available solutions.

How can I track my order and its delivery?
You can track your order by following the link sent in your confirmation email or by clicking on the “Track my order” link in your Account / My Orders page. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. You just need to click on the link to track the delivery of your order.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we only deliver to the United States, and we are unable to ship to remote areas at this time. We will continue working hard to expand to more markets in the future.
Estimated delivery dates
1.We understand that you are very concerned about the delivery time of your order. Normally, delivery takes 3–5 business days.
2.For out-of-stock items available for pre-order, we will provide a restock notification.

Why is my delivery late?
Your order is on its way as soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email!
In rare cases, our logistics partners may miss the estimated delivery date. This can happen for various reasons, including misrouted packages (which may need to be returned to the correct distribution center), insufficient time for delivery drivers, peak holiday periods such as Christmas, and delays caused by severe weather.
All of our partners provide package tracking, so you may monitor your shipment status at any time to prepare for any potential delivery delays in advance.

Can I return a product once I receive it?
If you have any questions about our products, we will do our best to assist you.We offer a 30-day free return policy. Please keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process with the courier and our warehouse.For details, please refer to our return policy.
The product I received was incorrect or damaged. What can I do?
We are only happy if you are happy! If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product,please contact our Customer Services Teamfor assistance. Don’t forget to send a picture of the product and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the items to the original payment method
