petscosset® is committed to delivering exceptional products and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. All products come with a 30-day return policy and a 2-year warranty.
Return process:
- Please contact us at: support@petscosset.com, and provide your order number as well as the reason for return or exchange.
- After receiving our return instructions, please repack the items in their original packaging.
- Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package
Return Policy:
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
- We only accept returns for items shipped and sold by petscosset.com.
- Returns without a valid return request form will not be processed.
- We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Please inspect your return package carefully before sending it. We do not accept returns for non‑petscosset.com branded products
- If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping cost, which depends on the courier company you choose.
- If the received items are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Reason & Resolution
Delivery Delay
①We promise to ship your order within 1-3 business days, with delivery expected in 3-5 business days.
Product Quality Defects/Manufacturing Flaws
①Free return & full refund, with all return shipping costs borne by us.
②For severely damaged main body of the product, we will send a brand new wooden pet house free of charge;
③For damaged accessories only, we will send new replacement accessories free of charge.
Change of Mind (No Longer Need the Item)
①Refund is available, but the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Received/Item Missing
① Free return and full refund, with return shipping costs borne by us;
② For incorrect/missing main body of the product, we will send the correct brand new wooden pet house free of charge;
③ For incorrect/missing accessories only, we will send the correct replacement accessories free of charge.
Note:To help us process your request quickly, we may ask for simple supporting photos, such as the outer packaging condition, the affected product area, and the shipping label.
Damaged Upon Arrival
①If you purchased the Worry-Free Purchase service, please submit your claim through the following link:

②If you did not purchase the Worry-Free Purchase service, we will provide the following support based on the condition of the item:
-If the main product is severely damaged, we will provide a new replacement wooden pet house free of charge.
-If only accessories or parts are damaged or missing, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
