Return process:
Please contact us at: service@petscosset.com, and provide your order number as well as the reason for return or exchange.
After receiving our return instructions, please repack the items in their original packaging.
Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
We only accept returns for items shipped and sold by petscosset.com.
Returns without a valid return request form will not be processed.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Please inspect your return package carefully before sending it. We do not accept returns for non‑petscosset.com branded products
If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping cost, which depends on the courier company you choose.
If the received items are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Delivery Delay ①We promise to ship your order within 1-3 business days, with delivery expected in 3-5 business days.
Product Quality Defects/Manufacturing Flaws ①Free return and full refund, with return shipping costs borne by ②For severely damaged main body of the product, we will send a brand new wooden pet house free of charge; ③For damaged accessories only, we will send new replacement accessories free of charge.
Change of Mind (No Longer Need the Item) ①Refund is available, but the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Received/Item Missing ① Free return and full refund, with return shipping costs borne by us; ② For incorrect/missing main body of the product, we will send the correct brand new wooden pet house free of charge; ③ For incorrect/missing accessories only, we will send the correct replacement accessories free of charge.
Damaged Upon Arrival ①Free return and full refund or reshipment of a brand new product, with all shipping costs borne by us.
Incorrect Shipping Information ①Please check your shipping information carefully when placing an order. If any changes are needed, please inform us in a timely manner.
