I was disappointed

I expected better insulation and quality.i ordered 2 of them and each had a crack in different spots ,website said all is need is a basic screwdriver, instructions end up telling me ill need a drill. Luckily I had one,so again im a little disappointed..Also gap under the roof when closed and had to fill extra insulation roll so theres no gap when roof is closed and locked (where winter wind would quickly take out any retained body head )wish it felt thicker and insulated better,I added extra insulation on the inside and all I can do now is hope for the best for my little feral cat friends, mama and 2 kittens
