This planter box is beautiful and will definitely allow me to have a balcony garden in my apartment. The box is deep enough to support the staples I'm looking for like spinach, herbs, kale, and a few other veggies.It is definitely real wood! It smells amazing coming out of the box, which is not important for the performance at all but it's a nice touch and makes it feel that much more quality and long lasting. Empty, it's super lightweight. I was able to assemble and move it entirely on my own. I will test the weight again once full of dirt, but empty, it will need to be tied down or weighted in hurricane zones fyi. The box comes with drainage holes and a liner, so it truly is great for a balcony veggie garden.One thing to note is that you CAN do this without an electric screwdriver, but you will be there for ages. I highly recommend using an electric screwdriver for this one. I did it all manually so it's possible but boy did it take a while.Very pleased with this! I may end up getting another one to expand my garden further.

Many of the screw holes are untapped and un-measured. I am pleased with the planter though. I have it on my balcony and I am using it for dwarf tomato plants.
Really cute and sturdy. It was a gift for MIL for Mothers Day. She really likes it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it came unassembled (expected) but my husband had to drill the screw holes and wasn't happy about it.
Great value! My husband put it together for me and I love it! It looks great in my yard and is working well for my zucchini.

My wife loves it so much and she could not wait for planting her favorite spring bulbs. Value for money and recommended.I'm updating my review after experiencing a heavy windstorm yesterday. While my other raised bed was blown down, this one held up perfectly. It's sturdy! Today, I'm excited to plant my seedlings in it and can't wait to see them grow.
