It may take some negotiating with your cat ?? but the house itself is very good. Our cats will not go inside nor stay inside the house when placed inside. The house is solid and weather protected as advertised.
Wonderful wooden two-story raised feral cat house. Putting it together took a couple of hours with several breaks as I did it alone and used my electric screwdriver. Now just to get it out into my garage where my ferals stay.I really like that this cat house is elevated off the ground. When temperatures drop or the heat is radiating off surfaces, having a structure that allows for air circulation helps.The two-story design of the cat house is helpful to shelter more than one cat. The wood and MDF construction feels solid. There are a few places where a second person would have been helpful. Some of the pre-drilled holes didn't quite line up. Some of the balconies weren't sized for cats, but made for external appearance.The cat house is a medium gray color with white trim.
Awesome value for the price, as others have stated at first it feels a tad cheap, However it holds up good and keeps opossums and raccoons out. We added carpet to ours and a heating pad on the top level, our cat loved it through the winter and still uses it!

This cat house is a great setup for feral or outdoor cats. It feels strong and holds up well in bad weather. I like that it has two levels and more than one way in or out. The roof opens, which makes it easy to clean and check on the cats. It was also pretty easy to put together. A good option if you want to give cats a safe spot outside.
Real wood, smells like cedar. Which is a natural insect repellent very good quality, and easy to put together. I am so impressed with the product for the price.

Perfect for my two outdoor cats. Has actual little roofs to prevent rain from getting on the bedding edge. The plastic flaps are more effective at keeping the heat in.
Easy to assemble, good instructions. I like that it has multiple entry/exits and a window for the cat to look out of, However they kind of interfere with the ability to put something inside for the cat to lay on. The plastic door covers hit what you put inside and stops them from moving freely. It is definatly a summer house, good for rain protection, but not ideal for colder weather since it is difficult to put insulating items inside.
