Doors are a little small.
Very nice. I just completed construction of it. I will be putting a coat of sealer on it to help it withstand the weather, but it will be a nice shelter for our outside ferals.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Put this in my chicken run so the newer chicks would have a safe place to hang out. They love it as well as the older girls!

The house has mild odor. I'm not sure it's from the paint or the roof of the house. The second floor definitely not for when heavy raining cat take it for shelter. It got soaking wet. But overall, it's a nice cat house
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this little cat house, it's real wood and smells like it's treated so hopefully it lasts a long time outdoors. I did place it in the corner of my gazebo so it will be slightly exposed. It was really simple to put together every piece is labeled and pictures were easy to follow. I used a drill but all of the holes are pre drilled so it could easily be assembled with a screwdriver. It's a good size too, my cat is an absolute unit so I was worried he wouldn't fit but he eats his food on the second level easily. I haven't seen him go indoors yet but we shall see if he enjoys being in there.
I was looking for a covered house to put outside for my indoor/ outdoor cat in case he got caught in the rain. This was perfect. I had to tape the door flaps open and sprinkle catnip inside for a few days to get him to go inside. Now, he loves it and mainly lounges on the middle deck. It took my son a little under an hour to assemble, and he said the directions were clear and easy to follow.I highly recommend this cute little cat house!

I bought this to help shelter feral cats in my neighborhood. I haven't seen them use it, but I know they'll love it when they figure it out it's just for them. Potent chemical type smell out of the box, but it goes away after leaving out for a bit. Easy to put together and it's so cute! I plan to attach some solar lights to it and put some bedding in the winter and cooling pads in the summer.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this cat house was to assemble! The pieces fit together perfectly and it feels surprisingly sturdy. My picky tabby cat approved immediately - she loves perching on top to nap in the sun and watch the birds. The elevated design keeps her dry when it rains, and the roof provides nice shade during hot afternoons.
