Just buy it!!! I normally don't leave reviews but I was so nervous on what bunny hutch to buy. I'm new to the bun mom world and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything right and want him to be comfortable and happy! I put this together by myself and it took approximately an hour to do it. As soon as I put him in, it took a couple minutes for him to realize how to go up the ramps ?? but it's been a day and now he's a pro and absolutely loves it! We're potty training him and the litter box fits perfectly up top. He is also free roam when we're home and loves to use the ramp to get out. It has a very strong cedar smell just so you know, if you don't like that smell. I'm a happy customer and more importantly so is biscuit ??

so huge man but it's very good and nice for my rabbit. He is 2 years old in human years so he is rlly big. I do kinda dislike that it's wood bc it is very easy to break it if u don't screw the screws right or when pulling out the trays.
Love love love!!! Easy to put together, just follow the instructions step by step & had no issues. I plan on getting a 2nd one once we find out which are boys or girls. For now, it's so very roomy even with 6 bunnies!

My guinea snowflake loves this new home we got her. The only reason I gave it four stars is because some of the holes were not pre drilled. This I would recommend for sure!
A very beautiful and practical rabbit's little mansion. It's a gift my child chose for his pet rabbit. As soon as we received the goods, he couldn't wait for us to assemble it with him. It was quickly assembled, and he quickly let the rabbit move in. I can feel that the rabbit is beginning to explore tentatively because of strangeness. To this day, the rabbit goes to sleep on the second floor every day. I'm sure he likes his new home. We're so happy'
This was easy to put together. The quality is good and very attractive. The ease of rolling it around on my deck is very helpful and it us easy to clean.
The roof had some misalignment issues for the location of the holes so I had to drill new one. Also took some work to install the ramp...Otherwise it was easy to assemble with some elbow.
Overall, nice hutch. Took me and my friend 1-2 hours to make. (including a lunch break) Power drill needed, if you don't want the process to take 4 hours. I have a Holland lop bunny and it's a little small for her, but she seems to be happier in it than her old home.Pros:Good size for Guinea pigs and/or mini bunnies.Easy to follow instructions.Extra screws incase you lose some.Trays are easy to work with and easy to clean.Cons:If screws go in to fast and/or to tight with a power drill the wood might splinter.A little small for bigger bunnies.Tips:Make sure you are placing the locks in the right place!!When I clean my hutch, I put my bunny in the top area when cleaning to bottom area, very helpful!

Everything that was similar or close to this product costed way more than what I paid for this. I put it together in two hours and it's safe to say my bunny loves itNot to mention, I was supposed to get it on August 28 And I got it on August 22

Our tiny button quail love this hutch! The size is perfect for them but may be a little too small for anything larger. It didn't take long at all to assemble and for once the directions actually made sense! The ladder is especially nice due to its notches, and they can climb up and down it no problem.
came quickly and was easy to put together. large enough for 2 guinea pigs to live comfortably. Easy to clean also with the removable pans.
It was delivered earlier than expected and in tact. The instructions were a little hard to decipher but I figured it out. It's such a cute hutch for my bunny. She's the only one so far and she loves going up and downstairs. It's pretty big and I love the wheels. I can easily move it around my apartment.
This cage/home is perfect! Chomps love it and has a ball running from room to room!! So glad I got it for him!!

Item shipped very fast, and packaged very well! Wood was soft enough, with pre drilled holes, that a regular screwdriver worked well so I didn't need the cordless drill. Wood was not numbered, but easy to tell which part went where. By mistake I put one side on backwards, haha, but it's ok. Didn't realize how big our bunny is, so will need to get some kind of extension to add more room for her. But all in all was easy to assemble, and no missing parts.
