Tipseys Condo

I thought directions had said 1 person assembly. I did it alone but couldve used 2 people. Easy to understand packed well. No complaints. Kitty used it immediately, went from outside to inside kitty. This is best i can do for him.

Hi Tipsey's Condo, thank you for your kind review! We're glad your kitty is enjoying the enclosure. For easier assembly, having a second person can definitely help. We appreciate your feedback and hope your furry friend loves it for a long time!

My Racoon Cage

I love the cat condo for my raccoon with the heavy wire I don’t have to worry about him breaking out. He has a lot of little holes and ledges to get on plus a lot of room to move around. A lot better than what I had and he grew out of that one fast. Hopefully this is all he needs. If not I will be getting another one to put together with this one. Thanks a lot from me and my raccoon. We love it.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We're thrilled to hear that your raccoon is loving the new cage and that it provides the safety and space he needs. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again in the future. Best wishes to you and your raccoon!

How is it attached to a window in your home for easy access for the cats?

Petscosset

Thank you for your interest in our PET90 catio!

The back panel of this cat enclosure is removable (with a height of about 39.76 inches from the ground to the panel), which allows you to align and connect it directly to a house window so your cats can freely go in and out.

Additionally, there is a lockable small door on each of the two sides (measuring 10.8 inches × 8.5 inches), giving you flexible access points.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

So will this be able to connect to any size window?

Petscosset

Thank you for reaching out to PetsCosset!

To answer your question directly: No, it cannot connect to any size window, as home window heights can vary quite a bit.

To see if it will work with your specific setup, here is the key measurement you need:

Ground-to-Panel Height: The height from the ground to the bottom of the removable back panel is 39.76 inches.

We recommend measuring the distance from your floor up to your window sill. If your window aligns closely with 39.76 inches, it should work well for a connection.

Please let us know if you need any other specific measurements—we are always happy to help!

How big are the holes in the screen ?
Would be using it for a small anaimal, not a cat

Petscosset

The wire mesh hole size is 12 mm x 12 mm (approximately 0.47 inches). This spacing is safe for most common small animals, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, or ferrets. However, if you plan to keep very tiny small animals (such as dwarf hamsters, mice, or baby pets), they may be able to squeeze through the mesh or chew on it. If you'd like, you can let us know the specific type of small animal you have, and we'll be happy to recommend other suitable products for you!

I see the 2.small doors on the end and the large one in the front. What I don't see is an opening in the back to line up with a window. Where is that located?

Petscosset

Hi there! Thank you for your inquiry regarding the PET90 Large Walk-in Catio.

The window access opening is located on the back panel of the enclosure. It features a removable panel specifically designed to align with your home window, allowing your cats to move freely between your indoor space and the outdoor catio.

Location: Positioned on the rear wall of the structure.

Design: The panel can be taken off or adjusted to seamlessly match your window alignment during assembly.

Reference: Detailed diagrams illustrating this removable back panel can be found directly in the main product images on the listing page.

We hope this helps your cats enjoy their new outdoor space safely.

Is it possible to stack them to make a tall catio? Would it be stable or prone to tipping?
Can you line it up with a patio door cat flap insert?

Petscosset

Hello, we do not recommend stacking the units vertically to increase height, as the modular expansion design is mainly intended for side-by-side or L-shaped horizontal connections. Stacking them on your own would significantly raise the center of gravity and create a tipping hazard, so we advise against it. As for connecting to a patio door cat flap, that is certainly possible. You would need to install a pet door in your wall or patio door, then place the catio with its entry side flush against the opening to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. We hope this helps. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
