Easy Assembly
4-story outdoor enclosure with window access provides cats safe outdoor experience. Customers said it's "sturdy and well-built" with ample space for multiple pets. Assembly takes several hours with minimal instructions. Pets use it immediately and love exploring levels. Some removed boxes for better viewing. Versatile enough for raccoons too.
Had this about two weeks now and my gang has loved the outdoor experience without really getting to roam free. To put it together was a bit of a challenge because the instructions are skimpy. Also, I took off the two boxes that are on the upper level. The cats are out there to look around, not to hide away. So removing them gave the gang more room for viewing their surroundings. Plus it should be noted that I had to also purchase (from Wayfair) and window cat door. This way they can get to the patio from inside. Otherwise, you'd have to leave your window open which would increase A/C use and allow a ton of bugs inside. I also don't use the canvas hanging swing as I doubted they'd use it plus it seems like a block to getting to the other levels of the catio. Overall, although I've had to make adjustments, I'd recommend this catio so your pets can get outside and smell and breath the fresh air.

I thought directions had said 1 person assembly. I did it alone but couldve used 2 people. Easy to understand packed well. No complaints. Kitty used it immediately, went from outside to inside kitty. This is best i can do for him.

Assembly took a hours, but everything fit correctly. End result is absolutely worth it.

They’ve been climbing nonstop since we finished it,It basically became their favorite place.
Much larger than I expected once fully assembled. My cats immediately started exploring every level.
We have three cats and this finally solved the space issue. Everyone picked their own favorite level.
The Catio is pretty complicated to assemble and delicate but as long as you are patient and careful, it's totally worth it. Our boy absolutely loves it.

I love the cat condo for my raccoon with the heavy wire I don’t have to worry about him breaking out. He has a lot of little holes and ledges to get on plus a lot of room to move around. A lot better than what I had and he grew out of that one fast. Hopefully this is all he needs. If not I will be getting another one to put together with this one. Thanks a lot from me and my raccoon. We love it.

Does this cat house have a floor?
Hello! The PET90 model features an open-bottom design (it does not come with a built-in floor panel). This allows you the flexibility to easily DIY and customize the interior flooring with your preferred cozy blankets, mats, or straw bedding.
Kindly note: Due to the open-bottom structure, we recommend placing the house on a flat, even, and dry surface for the best stability and comfort.
We have a cat door/flap already installed in a door, close to the ground. Can this catio connect to the cat door?

Yes, absolutely. This catio can connect seamlessly with your existing cat door. The small access doors located at the bottom of both side panels are designed right near the ground level, with an opening dimension of 10.8"H x 8.5"W.
It is positioned low enough to align well with standard ground-level pet doors or through-the-door flaps, allowing your cats to easily travel in and out between your house and the catio.

I'm wondering how the access to the window works? Do you have to take your whole screen off? Is there some sort of adapted window with a pet door that you put iin for 4 level catio?

Regarding how the window access works, you do not need to take your whole window screen off. The back of the catio features a removable panel secured by four black hardware clips. You can easily rotate and detach it by hand to connect with your window.
As for your question about a specialized window insert with a pet door, customers are welcome to DIY or modify the setup based on their own needs. However, we are sorry to let you know that we currently do not offer custom window insert services.

The back panel of this catio is removable so you can align it with your window. Specifically, the removable panel size is 17.72 × 18.11 inches (height from the ground to the panel is about 39.76 inches). Additionally, there are lockable small access doors (measuring 10.8 × 8.5 inches) on the enclosure.
