How does it connect to a window

Thanks for your interest! The PET77 is designed with a removable back panel to connect with windows. By removing the back panel, you can align that opening with your window frame so your pets can freely and safely wander back and forth between indoors and outdoors.

Can the cats enter from a lower area in the catio?My window is ground level.

Absolutely! This PET77 catio has multiple low entry spots perfect for your ground-level window.
There are two small bottom-side doors on the left and right sides of the catio, sitting low to the ground so cats can walk straight in without jumping.
Besides the side bottom doors, it also has a detachable back panel you can remove to link the catio right to your ground window. There are two extra front doors as well, one on the top level and one on the middle level for extra access.
