It's very attractive. My cats are still trying to figure it out. But I know it will be used. I love the way it looks very sturdy high quality.

The directions were great. I'm a girl that's never used a drill before, but I was able to put this together by myself! It did take me 5 hours but I took a lot of breaks. It's a nice house. Not sure how waterproof it will be since I just got it together today.

This product arrived in good condition. I won't say great condition because there were some splits in the bottom of the legs, but I was able to fix that by wrapping the spots in black duct tape and it looks perfectly fine. It took me about an hour to put it together by myself. It is large and sturdy. I chose this model because the base of it will hold my largest pet heating pad and I have 3 outdoor cats. I will keep it under my patio so it won't be too exposed to the weather elements so I can't say how weatherproof it is. The tops though are very thick and covered in asphalt product. It's very pleasing to the eye. I also LOVE how you can open both tops to clean it out. I'll give 4 stars just because of the splits in the legs from someone probably rushing to put that part together, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Bought this for some feral cats to keep them warm. They like to sit on top instead of inside..lol

We got this for a couple of neighborhood cats since they come around every once in a while and make us company. Figured might as well make their stay a little more comfortable and provide them shelter during the winter months. We did modify it slightly. We used caulking to fill in most/all of the seams and gaps, primed inside and out using a mildewcide/fungicide primer and for outside also painted a coat of grey weather resistant paint. We added some insulation inside also to help it retain the heat.After all this we also put it onto a set of 6 concrete blocks to keep the feet out of moisture/mud. There is ample space for a couple of cats inside albeit only one of them is using it. The other cat (male) is around a lot less than the female so I guess he's decided that he doesn't need a place to stay in. The cat that does use the house uses pretty much all of it however. We have her food dish in the lower right room and she sleeps in (mostly) top left room, she likes to look outside of window and lounge in there. If it is nice outside she will lounge on top of the roof (leftmost side) also. So far house has been holding well through the winter. Hopefully it will last for a while. It seems sturdy enough. Assembly was not too difficult and was done faster than the extra stuff that we ended up doing.

It took both my husband and I to put it together, but it turned out great. The cats like it.

We have a cat with a mystery ailment that could stump even Sherlock Holmes: chronic diarrhea! After countless vet visits, a pharmacy's worth of medications, and a buffet of cat foods, the verdict is always the same'she's perfectly healthy, just with a penchant for indoor plumbing. Unfortunately, her bathroom choices are more like a game of Where's Waldo? on our floors. After months of pondering our next move, we decided to evict both cats to the great outdoors, because who could bear to separate them? But then, guilt set in'what if they had nowhere safe to hide from the elements? So, we dove into the world of cat condos. After some serious deliberation, we finally picked one, despite the mixed reviews that made it feel like a gamble. It arrived faster than a cat can knock over a glass, and while the wood felt as light as a feather, I pressed on with assembly, hoping it wouldn't collapse like my dreams of a tidy home.Before diving into the assembly, I spread out all the pieces like a jigsaw puzzle gone rogue and gave every inch of wood a loving coat of high quality primer. Sure, it was already primed, but who doesn't love a little overkill? After the primer dried, I threw it together in about 45 minutes, and once it was standing tall, I caulked every joint like a sealant ninja to keep the elements at bay. I then channeled my inner carpenter and using a hole saw drilled three holes in the back for the cat feeder and warming pads electrical cords (the pads and feeder have chew resistant cords), sealing the gaps around the cords with foam sealant like a pro. Next, I decked out the inside of the cat condo with reflective insulation, added a waterproof cozy warming pad on the second floor next to their water bowl, and placed their automatic food container on the bottom floor with another waterproof warming pad on the opposite end of the 1st floor for good measure. To top it off, I painted the outside to match our house, because even cat condos deserve a fashion statement. With legs to elevate it off the ground, we set it on blocks to avoid a muddy demise. At first, neither cat was thrilled with their new digs, but within half a day, they were all about that feeding and napping life. Talk about a cat condo success story! It was a breeze to assemble, and now that it's all put together, it's sturdier than my resolve to avoid snacks at midnight. I'm confident this feline fortress isn't going anywhere anytime soon!

Bought this for my 'feral' cats at work. Granted there is not enough room for all that I have, it really is a nice lil space for a few of them. They have other spots I have set up for them as well. The directions for me anyway were not the best but again that could be me.

Had a feral cat show up and dump 5 babies on me. Winter is coming up and decided it'd be faster and cheaper to buy them this than get all the lumber. The wood isn't the sturdiest but it holds up well and makes the house light. Has more than enough room for 5 babies and a momma.I decided to add reflective insulation, as well as a plush small dog bed and a babyblanket that i both got at walmart.Also added silicone to all the areas the wood connects, to the window, and right over both roofs for each escape door. I think it'll do well in winter.

It is steady, easy to set up, it takes 2 hours to set up. Cat is learning to be with it.

Easy to put together, feels sturdy and looks great. Will likely be a repeat buyer.

I got the cat house, but there are no instructions on how to assemble. I've been looking online to find written or video instructions. I haven't found any help yet. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This cat house looks great on my deck. It's too hot out right now but I am hoping that my feral cats use it, when it gets a bit cooler. I do feel however that the roofs gets very hot to the touch. The house I had before was made of wood and the cats would lay on top of it. I think this roof will be too hot for them to lay on in the Summer. Other than that great buy.

This is great for outside cats

My cat went outside to live when we got our dogs and in Vermont the winters are brutal. I purchased this kitty hoise for her and purchased an electric heater for dogs to put inside and it took her a few days to check it out but once she did- she loves it! She likes to keep the big door open in the front but hey as long as she uses it.I built it myself in about 1.5 hours. Super easy, great instructions It is so adorable. Anyone that comes over asks about it and for the price it is a steal! Thank you so much for this amazing little cat home!

Quality is pretty good nice to have a pre-painted all parts were marked. Clear instructions were good. All parts were in the package. Well designed and waterproof. It does come with some off putting odors likely caused from the new Wood, outdoor Cats so far not using it but time will tell.

My cats will not have anything to do with this.

It was pretty complicated to put together even tho' we are both smart enough for IKEA stuff! The smell was pretty bad- is that bug spray? Not sure' but smell went away in a few days.I think the cats avoided it because of that. They hopefully will use it when it's cold again!It does look nice!

Fantastic, easy to assemble, the cats can go inside and lounge on the roof tops. Seems to be great quality and they are getting used to it.
