The Stray cat love the new home . He Survive the cold winter in GA 2025 beging that made a record temperature. The fact that I can't keep hem in my private home is that I have a dog and my dog is not friendly. So he has to stay outside.

Nice house, easy to put together as well as they give u spare screws in case you lose one. Leaving a review SOLEY on how exceptional the customer care was as I due to weather had delays and concerns but all were addressed as well as same day response follow up via email from seller. As far as the house itself it was simple to put together and will hopefully get some use for a stray thats been trying to adopt us in these cold winter temps.

So I had to upgrade my outdoor kitties' winter shelter situation since they literally didn't fit in the smaller heated house I had before since it could only fit like one small cat really. These two regulars I have are BIG kitties so I had to find something with enough wiggle room for the both of them, and potentially a third visitor that comes by on occasion. Introducing, the chateau de street kitties! Now available rent-free XDDetails on assembling/details here! ????1. The pieces arrived well packaged and undamaged, but I was missing literally all of the hardware for this (thankfully I was able to find some construction screws in my tool bag and miscellaneous pieces to make it work!). I did contact the seller but haven't heard back yet. I already managed to assemble it though but I'm just missing the hinged arm that would be nice to have to hold the roof open while I am cleaning out the condo and what not. I'll make do for now.2. I was able to assemble it myself and hold the pieces together while using my impact drill to bolt the sides together. Cumbersome once assembled but I managed to lift it to get it outside and what not too. Not super heavy but definitely won't be swept away by any wind!3. The floor piece just drops in from the top and is almost a perfect fit but did have some gaps on the side no matter how I moved it around (see photo for reference). It's totally fine otherwise and I have a blanket in there now anyways to cover the floor for some extra insulation.4. I would recommend adding some actual insulation sheets inside because it is just the wood pieces which don't do much for temperature but at least help keep the elements away, like wind and rain. This has been in a torrential downpour the last couple of days here now and it's held up just fine! I'm really glad it's elevated off the ground too so I think it'll hold up fine. I have this outdoors under no coverage since I just have an open patio out back. Due to the size, I couldn't have it closer to an outlet so no heated cat bed inside until I figure out an extension cord situation but I'd suggest adding a heated set up for the interior if you can!5. There is a divider that slides in inside but I might end up taking it out because it does make the space a good bit smaller if you are dealing with XL size street kitties. (See photo)6. The covered entry way is so cute and the plastic flaps definitely help keep wind and debris out compared to nothing being there. The second entry/exit on the back is good to have too in case of attack. It just pushes open or closed so it's easy for them to use (again I don't have any hardware so there's no slide lock on it but tbh idk why you would want to lock that anyways when it's somewhat of an emergency escape??) Remember- Animal shelters really need at least two entries/exits!!7. All in all, good quality, it's elevated off the ground, has two entries/exits, waterproof roof so no water is coming in, decent size for what I needed, and it's so cute! Like a little extension of my house here lol. My street kitties and coons are boujee ????????????(Yes, I have a raccoon who has been living it up in there already lol. It gets along just fine with the kitties though!) For the price, I would buy again. Just be ready to use what you have on hand in case you're missing the hardware!

I appreciated that each panel was individually wrapped to prevent damage in shipment, and I REALLY appreciated that the hardware was already separated AND labeled in individual baggies. Made assembly a breeze!

I am not handy. I had an upside down panel and some issues figuring out where to mount the lid hinge. Got that apart and back together. But all together good experience putting it together. Drill and electric screw driver are very useful.I'll be placing in an unoccupied houses back yard for a furry family.

This is perfect for the outdoors, high quality, very sturdy and looks great! I ordered the large sized one, and would recommend that size as I think smaller ones would probably not be enough room. I'm 53 years old and have never built anything ever but honestly I found the instructions easy to understand. You HAVE to have a power drill otherwise trying to use screwdriver will be really difficult (as I found out!). You must assemble the house as it does not come preassembled. It took me about an hour and a half to build. If I can build it then anyone can! It was actually kind of fun and I feel very proud of the result. On a side note I didn't follow the exact instructions I had to start putting the pieces together in a way that made sense to me. Kind of like a puzzle. Please check out the photos I posted to actually see what it looks like completed. I am going to put a tarp over it as Winter approaches to further insulate from wind. It's a great product, and I definitely recommend it! Lastly I feel the price was very reasonable. Quality product.

Well-built, inclement weather-resistant--high winds, snow, hard rain, high humid temperature (life in south Georgia!).

Outside cats loved it in the winter month. I purchased a body heated pad and put inside to help keep them warmer.

I love it. It's perfect. Exactly what I wanted. The perfect size. Very sturdy, easy to build. It does have a mild odor, but it is outdoors. Wish it had air conditioning and light.

This is a great price for what you are getting. I did add my own heating pad by JLSame. Because the floor is removable there were small gaps in the corners so I added some gorilla tape underneath to cover them which was not a big deal. Overall I am really happy with it and so is the stray outdoor kitty who used it the first night.

So happy with this cat house! The insulation keeps them cozy even on snowy days, and assembly was a breeze. The rain curtain and escape door make it perfect for outdoor use. Highly recommend!

I've put together quite a few furniture pieces over the years, and this one has the best setup yet. First, the construction is solid, and all the pieces were labeled in a way that made it easy to keep track of which was which. Then, all of the different sized screws were in separate bags that were clearly labeled. So if you mixed them up, it's all on you.Instructions were good and really clear as to what goes where. If you are looking for an outdoor shelter for ferals, give this a try.
