Well-built, inclement weather-resistant--high winds, snow, hard rain, high humid temperature (life in south Georgia!).
Outside cats loved it in the winter month. I purchased a body heated pad and put inside to help keep them warmer.
I love it. It's perfect. Exactly what I wanted. The perfect size. Very sturdy, easy to build. It does have a mild odor, but it is outdoors. Wish it had air conditioning and light.

The Stray cat love the new home . He Survive the cold winter in GA 2025 beging that made a record temperature.The fact that I can't keep hem in my private home is that I have a dog and my dog is not friendly. So he has to stay outside.
Love!!!! Sturdy, well made and insulated very well!! I was surprised how easy it is to assemble. I've put a outdoor pet heater inside mine and it stays at a constant 75' perfect for Iowa weather! Neighbor/feral cats love it!! I highly recommend this house.

My strays love it.
This is a great price for what you are getting. I did add my own heating pad by JLSame. Because the floor is removable there were small gaps in the corners so I added some gorilla tape underneath to cover them which was not a big deal. Overall I am really happy with it and so is the stray outdoor kitty who used it the first night.
Sturdy and weatherproof'it keeps my feral cats dry in the rain and warm in the cold.The insulation really keeps them warm, even on chilly nights. Easy to put together, and it looks great in my yard.
