Great product, very sturdy

We're sort of taking our time as we have a lot on our plate and are redoing our house and patio, so we have yet let the cats in - for out particular setup we chose not to put it directly against the house and can buy lots of prefabricated pieces to bridge the gap. But, as promised you only need a screwdriver, a second person is needed to hold a few pieces to line them. It took under three hours - had we to do it again we could it 90 minutes, easy. It was labeled for the most part so you know what part goes where. We had a base built so we can hose it down without worrying about bugs or anything in summer. The Fir wood should hold up as it painted already with a sealant, unlike a lot of the flimsier models offered elsewhere that require you to paint the pieces before you put it together unless you want it to last a season. We may see about reinforcing a few places, depending on any what else we can find online, but as it shows in my picture, everything fit together out of the box and it is hold together, as promised right out the of box.

It took a bit longer for us to build than the instructions said but it should work great to keep our pups out of the weather.

Years ago I used some online plans to construct a cat shelter from scratch. It came out decently but took quite a bit of time to make. We have a new stray at our ranch who is shy and won't come in the garage. This time I didn't feel like building my own when I discovered this stylish kitty bungalow on Petscosset. $99 included shipping and it came fast and well packaged. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble with a Phillips drill bit in a cordless drill, and a manual screwdriver. The instructions are mostly diagrams with few words but were easy to follow. All of the requisite hardware was present which almost seems like a miracle today. The pieces fit together precisely which was appreciated. The finished product looks great, but now we have to convince our furry friend to use it!

This run extension is perfect for my set-up! Easy to assemble and just the size I needed.

It was easy to put together. The opening at the top for easy access to the inside is a nice feature. When attaching the roof hinge take your time and helpful if 2 people do this part. Took me about 3 hours to assemble by myself.

Had this about two weeks now and my gang has loved the outdoor experience without really getting to roam free. To put it together was a bit of a challenge because the instructions are skimpy. Also, I took off the two boxes that are on the upper level. The cats are out there to look around, not to hide away. So removing them gave the gang more room for viewing their surroundings. Plus it should be noted that I had to also purchase (from Wayfair) and window cat door. This way they can get to the patio from inside. Otherwise, you'd have to leave your window open which would increase A/C use and allow a ton of bugs inside. I also don't use the canvas hanging swing as I doubted they'd use it plus it seems like a block to getting to the other levels of the catio. Overall, although I've had to make adjustments, I'd recommend this catio so your pets can get outside and smell and breath the fresh air.

Easy assembly. It took me a little longer alone and I was building two at the same time. Having an electric screwdriver or a drill is your best bet. My girls love their new homes.

We got this storage cabinet to repurpose as a Little Free Library. It has a lot of space and was easy to build. The customer service was also excellent.

Only had it gor 24 hours and they love it

I thought directions had said 1 person assembly. I did it alone but couldve used 2 people. Easy to understand packed well. No complaints. Kitty used it immediately, went from outside to inside kitty. This is best i can do for him.

Ordered this for our two bengals and so far it is working out great. It is a little difficult to get it perfectly square so the door latches work flawlessly but it is still manageable regardless. Planning to get a second unit in the future to expand the space once we move into our new home. For now it is fitting ours and our cats needs perfectly.

Follow up. Got it mounted to the house. Did not use the legs that came with it. But the cats at least one so far is using it.

My dog loves his new home. This dog house is huge and it's easy to assemble.

Unpacking is intimidating, but taking 45 minutes to organize the numbered wood pieces and alphabetical hardware beforehand is a lifesaver. You only need a drill with a Phillips bit and pliers.

Pay close attention to the pre-drilled holes on the top-front-middle wall panel; I accidentally installed mine upside down and had to improvise!

Skip the flimsy provided screws for the top boxes (parts 25, 26, 28)—use your own longer, sturdier screws instead.

Built a raised platform so it’s not sitting directly on the ground, and treated it with Thompsons Water Seal.

Screened in the open back side against the house, adding an upper window entry with a separate cat door and a ramp.

Reinforced the double white doors with a cross-board to make them sturdier.

It’s a lot of work, but totally worth it. Kenji cat loves it, and that’s all that matters!"

My chickens love their new coop! They took to it right away and it very sturdy. Easy to build.

Outdoor cat house can fit two cats. I got this for the neighborhood cats that I feed. Easy to build with picture directions. Cats have yet to go inside, but they are curious about it!

I bought this for a cat that just randomly showed up at my home and chose me. He’s living like a king now! The house is easy to assemble. I’ve had this house for 2 months now and it’s great. My new outdoor cat “Fred” eats downstairs and sleeps upstairs. I highly recommended!

perfect for my colony cats at my impromptu ‘cat sanctuary’!

It’ll do for a small bantam. My biggest issue is there is not enough ventilation in the coop. There’s only 1 tiny window. The picture makes the window look bigger than it actually is.
Can be challenging to get food and water in the run section but overall for the price, it a good little coop as long as you free range your birds.
